Your Landing Net (YLN) started as updates to the personal web page of Bob Gehringer.
The design philosophy behind the sites is to make the same favorite tiles(links) on different browsers and devices.
For both sites the information for the tiles displayed is kept in a database. This allows easy additions, deletions and ordering to tiles.
Your Landing Net is intended to eventually allow visitors to use the page in a default configuration, or login and change their own selection of tiles.
Recent work has been to refocus and differentiate the two sites. BobGehringer.com back to being about Bob, and content about Bob off of the YourLanding.net site.
Currently none of the security and personalization features have been implemented.
The pages to reorder items, select or remover items, and perhaps add new items, still need to be developed.
